If, like me, you weren't born a productivity guru, it's something that you likely want to improve. Through my work as a business consultant and productivity and time management specialist I work closely with ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs who are aware that they need to prioritise their wellbeing and that managing their workload and their time is a crucial piece of the puzzle. What I've learnt over time is that contrary to many people's belief, honing your time management and organisational skills, systemising and scheduling, doesn't stifle your creativity and freedom. Quite the opposite. Which is why I have a passion for helping others to take control of their time and their choices, so that they can live a balanced life and create their own success. I didn't plan to take this path. It kind of chose me. When I lost my voice for 3 months with no medical explanation, it became clear that my body was telling me to slow down. I wasn't aware that there was even a problem. l loved my job and enjoyed the travel, and was scaling the ladder faster than I had anticipated. But the signs were there and couldn't be ignored. I had to make a change. I was at a cross roads and my number one priority at that time was to recreate balance in my life. And so I now draw on my experiences as a people manager, sales and marketing manager, business owner and single parent to help others reach their personal and business goals without being overwhelmed and stressed.
